Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all packages and retainer blocks purchased on mysticalseo.com.

1. Before work starts

Any package may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before kickoff. Kickoff means the moment we receive access to your analytics, Search Console, or CMS, or the moment a scheduled kickoff call takes place — whichever happens first.

2. After work starts — one-off packages

Once work has started, a refund covers the fee less the value of work already performed and any deliverables already handed over, itemised on request. Where a partial audit or findings document has already been delivered, that delivered portion is chargeable.

3. Retainer blocks (3-month prepaid)

Cancel before month 1 of the block begins for a full refund. After month 1 begins, that month is non-refundable, and every unstarted month remaining in the block is refunded pro-rata. There is no lock-in beyond the purchased block.

4. Scheduled calls and workshops

You may reschedule a call for free up to 24 hours before it's due to take place. Inside 24 hours, one free rebooking is available; a second no-show counts as delivered.

5. Scope guarantee

If a deliverable listed in a package's "What's included" is not delivered, we complete it or refund that portion. This is not conditional on ranking or traffic outcomes: no ranking result is guaranteed, because search results depend on factors outside any agency's control.

6. Statutory right of withdrawal

mysticalseo sells to business customers (B2B) only. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under German consumer law (Widerrufsrecht) applies to consumer purchases and does not apply to purchases made in a business capacity, as confirmed at checkout.

7. Refund mechanics

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 14 days of the refund being agreed. Refunds are issued in EUR; VAT is adjusted accordingly.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Dörpen, Germany.
