Redo-or-refund. If a listed deliverable isn't delivered, we complete it or refund that part. We don't guarantee rankings — no one can honestly do that.

01 Are these prices really final, or is there a sales call after?
Final. What's listed is what's included, for the price shown. Custom or enterprise scope is the one exception, and it's clearly marked "price on request."
02 Why net, not gross?
mysticalseo sells to business customers; net plus VAT is the standard B2B convention. VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
03 Can we combine packages?
Yes — add as many as you need to the cart; each is billed separately.
04 What if we're not sure which tier fits?
Start with the Visibility Snapshot (€490) — the fastest, lowest-commitment way to get a real read, and its fee is credited against any diagnostic or sprint package bought within 30 days.
05 How does the retainer block work?
You pay for three months up front at the block price; the monthly equivalent is shown for comparison. After the block, continuation is agreed month-to-month directly.
06 What's your refund policy?
Full refund before work starts; after that, refunds are prorated to work not yet delivered. Full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
