Terms of Service

1. Scope and parties

These Terms govern the purchase of packages and retainer blocks from mysticalseo (⟨ to be supplied before publication ⟩), Bachstraße 30B, 26892 Dörpen, Germany, via mysticalseo.com. These Terms apply to business customers (B2B) only.

2. Services

mysticalseo provides fixed-scope SEO diagnostic, sprint, and setup packages, and prepaid managed-SEO retainer blocks, as described on each package's page at the time of order. The scope stated in "What's included" on the relevant package page at the time of order is binding; excluded items are stated explicitly on the same page.

3. Contract formation

Adding a package to the cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation to the email address provided. The order reference shown on the confirmation page is your reference for all further correspondence.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown net, in EUR, plus statutory German VAT (currently 19%), calculated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order, via the payment method offered at checkout.

5. Delivery and turnaround

Turnaround times are stated on each package page and begin, for one-off packages, on receipt of the access or information needed to start work, and for retainer blocks, on the agreed onboarding date (within 5 business days of purchase). Deliverables are provided in the format stated on the package page.

6. Scope and change orders

The scope purchased is fixed. Any work beyond the scope stated in "What's included" is a change order: it is described in writing, priced, and agreed with you before any additional work begins or is billed.

7. Deliverable-completion guarantee

If a deliverable listed in a package's "What's included" is not delivered as scoped, we will complete it or refund that portion, at our discretion. This guarantee covers the delivery of the stated scope of work. It does not cover, and we do not offer, any guarantee of search ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes — these depend on factors outside any agency's control.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Retainer blocks

Managed SEO retainer tiers are sold as prepaid 3-month blocks with a stated monthly hours-equivalent capacity. Capacity not used within a given month rolls to the following month by agreement and is not forfeited or billed again. After a block ends, continuation is agreed with you month-to-month directly; there is no automatic renewal into a new block.

10. Cross-sell credit

The fee paid for the Visibility Snapshot package is credited in full against the price of any diagnostic (Group A) or sprint (Group B) package purchased within 30 days of the Visibility Snapshot order.

11. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for your engagement (reports, findings, briefs, specifications) are licensed to you for use in your business. mysticalseo retains all rights to its underlying methodology, tools, templates, and general know-how, which may be reused across other engagements.

12. Confidentiality

We treat information and access you provide as confidential and use it only for the purpose of delivering your engagement.

13. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (a duty whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract), and in that case limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for disputes with business customers is Dörpen, Germany.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
